We liked to take our four-foot high amplifiers out in the backyard or in the garage and crank up our "music". One evening about 11:00 pm a man came around the corner. We thought he was going to blast us for disturbing the peace, maybe threaten to call the police. To our surprise he explained politely that his kids really liked our music but he needed them to go to sleep. He asked if we wouldn't mind turning it down a bit.
