Nibbling sushi
between sips of saki —
a sun day.

  1. I'd have to sip saki in order to face sushi

  2. Some people, it seems to me, will never make the next step - get from Japanese haiku to sushi and sake. A conservative eater press!

  7. Aurora: Thank you!

Andrew: Actually I used the word "sushi" a little loosely. I'm a vegan so I prefer maki which I have made with avocado or cucumber (vegetarian sushi). It is very good. Also there is one called inari which is a deep-fried tofu "bag" filled with sushi rice.

    Pamela: *LOL*

Borut: I actually loved "sushi" before I discovered haiku.

    Floots: Thanks. :-)

    John: Thank you.

David: Thank you for your kind words. Our vacation is almost over but we'll cherish the remaining few days. Thanks again.

Alok: :-) See my comments to Andrew.

    GZ: For sure!

Polona: Right, now sake is something else I like that I've found few non-Japanese like. I wonder why?
