Tiny steps along the fence's edge... awakened squirrel.
981: Edge.
[When I recently saw this it reinforced the feeling of Spring's arrival which, of course, was offset by all the snow still on the ground (which is also still falling today).]
From "The Haiku Anthology" I became interested in Haiku and I have since written numerous haiku, senyru, and tanka. "Masago", my haiku pen-name, means "grain(s) of sand" in Japanese. I have recently started learning Esperanto and Japanese. A few years ago I developed a new eastern verse form which we now call 'Renhai'.

I left in weather warm enough to wear shorts, and came back to snow! Uber-weird time of the year. :)
Nice one, Vaughn.

Love the title to this. Going to be in the high 20's here tomorrow night.
squirrel, eh? ;-)
i've been seeing them all winter...
Aurora: Thanks, welcome back (I thought you just left). :-)
Floots: Thanks.
Borut: Yep, yesterday we went to work in light snow, drove home in it, and it snowed all night. It felt like the beginning of winter all over again.
John: Thanks.
Pat: Aroused your interest, eh? :-P
Polona: I'm not surprised with the lame winter you guys had. :-) The ones here were snoozing hard till just a few weeks ago.
Reduced hours - only two days and one night - for Pesach.
Aurora: I see...chag samayach.
