He wakes up riding the bus...only the driver remains.

[This never happened to me but it came close to happening back in the days when I used to ride the bus. I have heard of others that have done this...waking up in an empty bus way out in some subdivision. It is apparently a very disorienting feeling.]
never had to commute far enough to fall asleep on the bus... had no problems sleeping on trains on night rides, though (this may sound strange but i used to travel a lot with the basketball team)
From "The Haiku Anthology" I became interested in Haiku and I have since written numerous haiku, senyru, and tanka. "Masago", my haiku pen-name, means "grain(s) of sand" in Japanese. I have recently started learning Esperanto and Japanese. A few years ago I developed a new eastern verse form which we now call 'Renhai'.

Bill: *Ha ha* Never thought of the inebriated aspect of this image. :-)
Andrew: Yes, I imagine.
Floots: Very good. :-)
John: Thanks.
Pat: Did that really happen to you? You've got me laughing out loud, literally!
Polona: Yes, I too have no problem sleeping/napping most anywhere. So, you were (are?) a basketball player. Cool!
