Rengay Through the Seasons #27 [1-6]

by Masago: Rengay #27 (Mar 2-8, 2008), Verses 1-6 (of 6)

March flurries — snowflakes on my hand, just not the same.
An e-mail from her — a scan / of his first love letter.
Flight home — back then it was by train / for three days.
Riding the subway — I listen to a Beatles album / on my iPod.
Old-timers hockey game — a cell-phone instant replay.
Late winter skiing trip — each run / still a thrill.

I've never been skiing. But I can get something from this. The tracks of skis down a hill. People following familiar lines, but still finding new joy each time.
