Old-timers hockey game —
a cell-phone instant replay.
Late winter
skiing trip — each run
still a thrill.
The first and last verses of this rengay reference the theme of "Then & Now" the same way but from different perspectives. In the first verse the snowflakes falling on the hand at the end of winter are viewed differently than when snowflakes fell on the same hand at the beginning of the winter. In the last verse the level of joy for skiing has not declined over the course of the winter.

I really think this one is my favorite. :)
I felt the meaning strongly in these. I'm sure many things we encounter could be viewed in this way, but the examples you picked worked particularly well.
