Rengay Through the Seasons #29 Summary

by Masago: Rengay #29 (Mar 16-22, 2008) Summary

Summer's Hose

A layer of ice
forms on the old sleigh —
spring rain.

Patio: summer's hose
still lying as it was.

Two straws
in an empty glass —
French Café.

New car on-line —
the web page accepts my
credit card.

We go for a spin —
my wallet stays at home.

The lawyer arrives
to work out the details...
estate will.

The central theme in this rengay is "Left There": Sleigh in the yard, Hose in the yard, Straws in a glass, Credit card number at a website, Wallet at home, Will left ahead.

I found it very poignant.

(My word verification was "tllen"... and I guess that describes your rengay, too. It was very telling!"
