Rengay Through the Seasons #40 [1-6]

by Masago: Rengay #40 (Jun 01-07, 2008), Verses 1-6 (of 6)

Oh, little slug, get moving, go on... a robin's nearby.
Chicken dinner was ordered — will it come before breakfast?
Railway crossing — the other side's lineup / grows longer.
Grocery checkout / queue... "price check, aisle seven!"
Rising price of gas — sidewalks grow familiar.
Stone wall — the setting sun's shadow / reaches a ladybug.

i enjoyed to read your verses!

And this is my favorite:
"Oh, little slug,
get moving, go on...
a robin's nearby."

i`m sure that Issa would love it!

I'm rootin' for the robin. Darn little slugs eat my marigolds.
