Vaughn, I like the senses you stir up with this one. Also I like the patience, as pamela points out. I've never played backgammon, but I can see myself in this room.

C: Thank you coming by...glad this came "alive" for you.

Pamela: You got that right!

Collin: Thanks. I hadn't played backgammon for years and so I wasn't only getting a lesson in baking pie but also getting a refresher on how to play the game.

Mr. Butterfly: EEK! (Hey, this is supposed to be a family blog).

John: Thank you.

Polona: Thanks.

Andrew: Sorry about that (they did smell and taste great). P.S. That's a cool new blog photo of you.

And the winner got
the biggest piece of cake?

Masago said...

Tikkis: Not exactly...I took home the blueberry and he kept the apple. :-)

For some reason Blogger decided to change my name to anonymous. I usually reserve that name for my port o john poetry.

Masago said...

Anonymous/Pat: Ah, yes, icecream goes well with hot pie, especially the soy variety for me -- I'm a vegie. :-)
