Rengay Through the Seasons #2 [1-4]

by Masago: Rengay 2, Verses 1-4 (of 6)

The faint thump / of a distant basketball — autumn evening.
Canola field horizon — a glint of setting sun.
That area / in Grandma's back yard — hint of mint.
A new bill / in change... the slight feel / of "Twenty Dollars".

Something like 20 Euro, now that Slovenina is a EU country, I can relate to that!:)The bills of eternal spiritual truths become a matter subject to change ...!?:)

Aurora: I'm glad you were able to spot the link. :-)

Andrew: I was thinking Canadian, but I think US bills work the same, don't they (i.e. you can slightly feel the ink)?

Pamela: Did someone try to pass it off to you? I don't think I've ever come across one. Thanks.

Borut: I remember seeing photos of Euro. I believe each denomination is a different size...very weired. :-)
