The conductor tips his baton — /vs & jm
an oom-pah-pah from the tuba. /jm & vs

Rush hour —
a guy on a cell phone
blasts his horn. /vs

The background about the 'crumple-horned' is delightful. And the middle verse couldnt help but make me smile - who can resist an 'oom-pah-pah'!!! I like the last verse a lot too - a lot of thought there, the pace of life indeed.
