by Masago: Rengay 2, Verses 1-3 (of 6)

The faint thump / of a distant basketball — autumn evening.
Canola field horizon — a glint of setting sun.
That area / in Grandma's back yard — hint of mint.

Andrew: You are very perceptive. :-)

Floots: My grandmother actually had a little patch of mint at the side of the house. When we stepped out the back door we'd get an instant whiff.

Borut: Thanks (Rengay are not actually intended to be narrative but sometimes they work out that way). :-)

John: Thanks.

Aurora: Thank you!

GZ: Thank you very much.
