Renhai Reflections 57: Tiny Points

Tiny Points

A Renhai by Vaughn Seward (Solo)

Through branches
of willow: festive lights
from their house.

Moonlight on the frost
in shoots of wild grass.

Points of brightness
dot the heavenly dome
above this meadow.

Well noticed the way that other things can frame these little lights to help us notice them more.

With 'heavenly dome' are you referring to the sky? or to an actual dome? The phrase didn't quite work for me, it felt a little too heavily poetic for you? (I hope you don't mind me speaking out like this?)
